Our requirements from an artist / dealer?
- You must have minimum of 10 artworks to go live
- Artwork quality should be good.
- Your artworks must be original. It could be handmade, prints or digital paintings but should be made by you only. In case of dealers, you must have appropriate permissions from your associated artists.
*Artist/Collectors/Galleries with Premium Accounts can also sell prints of their handmade paintings and digital paintings provided the works are original. Stock images are not allowed unless you have extended licenses.
How to post your art works at swamyarts.com?
Once you register as an Artist/Dealer, upload the pictures of the product, description and pricing and submit.
It will be visible at swamyarts.com once it is approved by backend.
Do you charge any registration fees ?
Registration is free of cost. We take our margin once the sale is completed and pay you the balance money.
Do you also sell prints ?
Yes but with a differential margins.
Who decides the price of the artwork ?
It would be decided by you. There are no restriction on prices as such. However, if we feel that price put and quality of art greatly differ – then we may not approve the artwork. For handmade paintings, we take 35% charges on selling price. It includes GST, payment gateway fees, handling fees, marketing fee etc. For prints, it will be 40%. Please note you need not calculate our charges while uploading your artworks, you just need to mention the on-hand price and system would calculate the rest. Please make sure your in-hand price includes packaging and shipping charges to the customer. We shall raise a GST bill and mail it to you. You can send your painting along with that bill copy.
(Other Divine items margins are flat 15% and GST has to be paid the registered Dealer himself.
When will you pay us once we ship our painting ?
No, payments will only be done within 30 days.
Do we need to frame my painting before sending to customer ?
No, Roll and pack it.
What if customer didn’t like my painting ?
We can consider on case to case basis.
What kind of paintings are accepted ?
We need 100% Handmade paintings that are in stock. Any kind of subject / medium / surface is allowed except glass and powdery chalk/pastel/charcoal based artworks. If your medium/surface is not listed in our list shown while you upload a painting, it is better to have a word with us before upload your artworks.
How will my art be promoted ?
We promote the arts through our online and offline channels.
